The Washington Township Division of the
Marion County Small Claims Court provides a means of
resolving disputes utilizing the informal simplified
procedures of the Small Claims Court. Most cases involving
less than $6000.00 can be heard without the parties
going through the complicated process of litigation
in a court of record.
